What changes your offer
- Model and storage. Ultra, Fold and newer models pay more. A Galaxy S26 Ultra is $1,000 with 256GB and $1,365 with 1TB.
- Condition. Mint (like new) pays the full price. Good (minor wear, fully working) is about 90% of it, Fair (visible scratches, still works) about 65%, and a cracked screen about 38%.
- Locks. Carrier-locked phones and phones with a bad IMEI are accepted at a lower price. A phone still locked to a Samsung account is accepted too, at a reduced price.
- Paid off or financed. On the Galaxy S24 and newer, the quote tool asks if the phone is paid off. A phone with a balance owing is quoted about 20% lower.
Example: Galaxy S26 Ultra, 1TB, mint to cracked screen. Mint means like new, no visible wear.

Before we meet
