What changes your offer
- Model and storage. Newer models and larger storage pay more. An iPhone 17 Pro Max is $1,225 with 256GB and $1,705 with 2TB.
- Condition. Mint (like new) pays the full price. Good (minor wear, fully working) is about 90% of it, Fair (visible scratches, still works) about 65%, and a cracked screen about 38%.
- Battery health. At 90% and above there is no deduction. Below that the offer steps down: about 3% off at 85 to 89%, 6% at 80 to 84%, 10% at 75 to 79%, 15% at 70 to 74%, 22% at 65 to 69%, and 30% under 65%.
- Locks. Carrier-locked phones and phones with a bad IMEI are accepted at a lower price. iCloud-locked phones are accepted too, with the offer capped at $200. iPhones older than the iPhone 11 are not accepted when iCloud-locked.
- Paid off or financed. On the iPhone 16e and newer, including the iPhone Air and the iPhone Duo, the quote tool asks if the phone is paid off. A phone with a balance owing is quoted about 20% lower.
Example: iPhone 18 Pro Max, 2TB, mint to cracked screen. Mint means like new, no visible wear.

Before we meet
- Back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer.
