Your name, number, and device details are sent directly to us so we can confirm your quote and arrange a meetup. We use your phone number to call, text, or WhatsApp you about your specific transaction — nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Photos

If you upload photos of your device, they help us confirm condition before meetup. Photos may contain metadata (like the time they were taken). We recommend not photographing anything in the background you'd rather keep private. We use photos only to assess your device.

Data retention

We keep transaction information only as long as reasonably needed to complete your sale and for basic business record-keeping afterward. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Live chat

Our website chat widget may ask for your first name to personalize the conversation. Some questions are answered automatically; others are routed to a real staff member so we can reply to you directly, which means your messages are stored and visible to our team internally.
